Give me the Pool

We are now the proud owners of a pool.

We have a large pool in our backyard now (after too many months of frustrations during the build).  If you ask Jeremy, he will tell you that this pool was built for Brayden.  The pool has a nice ramp along the side that we can take Brayden in and eventually the possibility of a water wheelchair.
The pool is already a nice temperature that is just right for Brayden.  Oh how he loves the water.  He has been spending hours in the pool, his little fingers and toes all pruned.

He floats very nicely on his own, we just have to hold his head.  He relaxes so much, that he has been known to fall asleep in the pool, even with his two older brothers splashing around.

Wow! That looks amazing! The pool is great for our little guys...thats what I am told by PT's.
I am glad Brayden loves it so much...it is always nice and comforting to find something you know they find enjoyable!

Hudson was in the pool yesterday...between a little swimming and the heat, he is about as relaxed as can be...I find shade and he passes out!

I hope it helps for an enjoyable summer!

He looks great in the pool. Maybe you can get him a swim collar. That way he can be a bit more independent in the water. Emily uses one during aqua therapy and it is amazing. As soon as we put it on her, her body starts moving like crazy and she gets herself all around the pool. I bet it would work great for floating and relaxing too. Just a thought...
